Workshop Registration

Dear Conference Participants,
So that adequate meeting room space and materials can be obtain prior to the conference start date, please select your workshop(s) preference. 

How do you Register?

1. By Mail or Fax (follow the on-line registration instructions and then choose the option to mail or fax your registration)
2. By Phone (Call 800-235-8414)
3. By E-mail (e-mail your information to Crystal@imnedu.org)
4. ON-LINE! (see instructions below)

Follow the Instructions below:

Select your Workshop(s). Please watch your times so that you don't overlap workshops.
Descriptions of each workshop can be viewed by clicking on the title of the workshop.
Complete the requested information.
Select a payment option. There is no additonal cost, select "by mail".
Follow the prompts to complete the registration.  Please complete your registration for the workshops by clicking on the submit button.
