Mike has served as a Professional Transition Specialist for churches in Willington, Taftville, Vernon, Central Village and Plainfield. Most recently he has completed work at the Flagg Rd. United Church of Christ in West Hartford. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director of the Open Hearth Association in Hartford, Connecticut’s oldest men’s homeless shelter. His ministry has included working as the Director and lobbyist for Connecticut Interfaith Housing and Human Services Corp. and Chaplain and Pastoral Counselor at Hartford Hospital. He has also designed and implemented resources and for seniors, publishing books and service directories for the insurance industry.
