I graduated from Trinity College, Toronto, after more than 25 years of operational, policy and financial management in government. I began ministry as an “interim”, serving parishes in the Diocese of Niagara, followed by Michigan and St Louis, MO.

My ministry has focused on renewal of parishes slated to close, experiencing significant conflict, sexual misconduct, and management deterioration. Using open dialogue, member empowerment, Appreciative Inquiry, and establishing behavioral boundaries, parishes rediscover passions and missions and move toward a gospel-based future.  My most recent ministry was with a program-sized parish.

With a background in MBTI, temperament, EFM, teaching, transitional ministry, and qualified as a consultant and facilitator with the Center for Congregational Health (CCH/IMN), I am also interested in consulting and workshops with boards and congregations in areas such as teamwork, issues resolution and living into their future.
