Larry Glover-Wetherington is an ordained Baptist minister of 31 years primarily affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. He has led six congregations through the transition process for a total of twelve years. These churches have ranged in membership from 200 to 1200 and have had a variety of challenges including conflict, sexual misconduct within the church, and community transition. He has served churches in Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Maryland.
In addition to being a Professional Transition Specialist with the Interim Ministry Network, Larry holds a Level II Membership as Intentional Interim Ministry Specialist and/or Transition Consultant with YCORE of the Center for Congregational Health, through which he also received extensive training in Church Consultation. He is the Director of Consultation Ministries, www.ConsultMin.com.
Larry believes the most exciting dimension of the Intentional Interim process is when a church develops a new vision for their future ministry. His hobby is photography, very portable for itinerant ministry, and he also enjoys playing his keyboard.
