Rev. Frank Hegedus has been doing interim ministry off and on since 1987, and as of 2008 has served ten Episcopal parishes in four dioceses in this capacity. His varied background in ministry, counseling, teaching, business, human resources, and management make him an ideal candidate for churches facing an array of pastoral and organizational issues during the transition between rectors.
Frank's approach is eclectic: No one solution fits all needs and problems. And, his philosophy is simple; Find the need, and fill it, with God’s help.
He is a good collaborator and communicator, and enjoy's working closely with vestry and others in leadership positions to further the work of the Kingdom. He has served small as well as large, multi-staff parishes, and treasures each. Frank's degrees include: BA, MA, MBA, and DMin.
Frank is on the Board of Transition Ministries in the Episcopal Church or TMEC.
