The Reverend Barry W. Miller is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the General Theological Seminary in New York City.  His post-graduate studies include work in Organizational Behavior at New York University and Stevens Institute of Technology.  He has also studied at the American Foundation for Religion and Psychiatry and has completed programs in congregational development and transitions consulting at both the Church Development Institute and The Center for Congregational Health.

He is a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Interim Ministry Network (IMN), serves as a member of IMN’s faculty and has received IMN’s Professional Transition Specialist (PTS) designation.  He is a director of the National Network of Episcopal Clergy Associations (NNECA) and is an officer of the National Association of Episcopal Interim Ministry Specialists (NAEIMS)  The Reverend Miller has served parishes both full-time, part-time, and on an interim basis in Connecticut, the metropolitan New York area, California and Virginia.

The Reverend Miller is married to The Reverend Ann C. (Nancy) Miller.
