Rev. Mitchell has been in ordained ministry for 25 years. She has served 6 intentional interims.  Rev. Mitchell  is currently serving as Regional Minister for the North Central Region of the Connecticut Conference of the UCC.   Rev. Mitchell will lead workshops and/or serve as a consultant to congregations in the New England area. She has been trained in mediation and as a Healthy Congregations facilitator.
