Dr. Horne is an intentional interim pastor in the Presbyterian Church USA. He received an undergraduate degree from Purdue University, and Masters and Doctor of Ministry degrees from McCormick Theological Seminary.
He has served pastorates in Ohio, Indiana and Tennessee. He is completing his twelfth intentional senior pastor interim. He is a member and former council member of the Association of Presbyterian Interim Ministry Specialists.
He is a Certified Interim Ministry Specialist with the National Ministries Division (PCUSA) and a Professional Transition Specialist with the Interim Ministry Network (IMN). He was the president of the IMN 2005-2008. He enjoys pastoring congregations during the time of transition with particular focus on multi-staff situations. His home base is Knoxville, TN, and has unlimited availability. |
