Successful Contracting

The next challenge is always near by for intentional interims. This new IMN ten lesson workbook teaches the principles of creating a career in the non-profit world.

Church Consultant and Facilitator Training

A team of experienced consultants has designed a two-tiered approach to consultant training. The basic level of training is focused on developing and enhancing skills for working with congregations. The second level of training involves a fieldwork project in which the skills are practiced and refined under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Focusing on the Tasks

Peer Learning Course

The developmental tasks of the transition period between pastors continue to be the distinctive elements for congregations that engage in Intentional Interim Ministry. “Focusing on the Tasks” is an interactive learning experience intended to help interim ministers practice designing creative ways to engage a congregation in the various developmental tasks.
